Thank you for visiting Wowohandmade! Purchasing from this shop implies that you agree to the conditions below.
Please read each item description CAREFULLY before making your purchase. While I endeavor to be as accurate as possible, sizes and measurements are approximate and fabric patterns can vary slightly depending on size and cut. Exact fabric color may vary from pictures due to camera, computer and monitor settings.
During a sale or promotion, coupon codes must be entered before the transaction is completed. If you need assistance inputting a code please contact me. No refunds will be given for discounts.
Cancellations & Refunds
I start working on orders as soon as payment is cleared. As such I do not accept cancellations of orders. Thank you!
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) and custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
Refunds (minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee) will issued for unused and unwashed items only.
We do not refund shipping costs for returns made. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping back to us. The items will be carefully inspected for wash/use or damage and your account will be credited after inspection.

By purchasing any items, you understand and agree that all items should be used with adult supervision and that you assume all responsibility for its use.
Photos and designs of my products are the sole property of Wowo Handmade! Please do not copy in any way.
Important - Shipping Information
- Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
- Please note there may or may not be VAT/customs fees for imported goods which I cannot control. Wowo Handmade is not responsible for paying these (it's illegal for us to do so).
Shipping Information (cont)
Once your order ships out, any inquiries involving shipping delays or lost deliveries must be directed to your local post service. Refund is not applicable for delayed postal delivery. If you are purchasing for a special occasion, please place your order well in advance of the event date.
Shipping costs include packaging and handling, as such shipping overages are not refunded. FLAT-RATE Shipping regardless of order size!
All items are handmade to order, please also note processing times stated on each listing. Processing time is the time required to make your order.
Please note, I do not offer local pick up. All local orders are mailed via Singapore Registered mail. Local orders take 3-7 business days for delivery.
Registered Mail
Shipping to most destinations is via Registered Mail services provided by Singapore Post and the relevant destination postal service. Once Singpost has shipped the parcel, I will update your order with a registration number.
You will only be able to track via the Singpost website up until the parcel leaves Singapore. Once your order ships out, any inquiries involving shipping delays or deliveries can be directed to your local post service. Refund is not applicable for delayed postal delivery.
Please note: International orders delivery time
International orders shipped from Singapore normally take 2-5 weeks delivery time to reach their destination, but can take up to 2 months. Packages shipped around holidays may take longer to get to their destination. Shipping times are in addition to processing times as stated in the listings.
Unfortunately I am unable to provide rush shipping at this time and cannot guarantee that your items will arrive by any stated date.
Wowohandmade items are primarily made of fabric and are sewn. Some countries have stricter import regulations than others and some items may even be prohibited. Please be aware of these laws and regulations prior to ordering. Wowohandmade will not be liable for any delays, fees or associated charges for these items
International orders - fees & customs declarations
WowoHandmade does not pay custom fees for international shipping to other countries. As a buyer you are responsible for paying the customs fees, admin fees, duties, import taxes, VAT and any related charges.
Please check with your country's customs and/or post office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Please note, CN22 customs declaration on the parcel requires a full description of contents and values. I am unable to mark this declaration as 'gift' or reduced value as it would be illegal. Orders 'marked as gifts' will have a gift receipt (no prices indicated) included inside the parcel. However, the parcel will still have a CN22 on the outside with a description of contents and values as required.
Local Parcels
The likelihood of losing a registered package is very rare. But if you still have not received your package after 25 working days from date of shipment, contact me and I will raise an investigation request with Singpost. When an investigation is open, it can take up to 3 months before the case is solved. Only when a case is solved, I can refund your order.
I am unable to contact international postal services from Singapore. On your end, I would also strongly recommend calling your local postal service and requesting to speak to an operator. Often this 'kickstarts' the delivery process and the parcel turns up a few days later.

WowoHandmade observes Singapore working hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, once contact has been made on Etsy, I am not able to communicate via phone, emails or Facebook etc as this would take the transaction outside of the Etsy portal, thus violating Etsy terms and conditions.
